Whatever you have. A link to the site, a description of the problem, a Figma file, or just a rough idea of what you want.

I come back with questions
Usually a few, so I understand what actually needs doing. If it is a problem on a live site, this is normally where I take a look at the site itself.

You get a plan and a price
What is involved, what is optional, and what it will cost. If something you have asked for is not worth doing, I will say so.
